01 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use KK77, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement and cannot be waived under any circumstance.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for a third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the KK77 platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. KK77 will verify this information as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each person may hold only one account on KK77. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended pending review, and any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

02 Account Rules and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

We are not liable for losses that result from your failure to keep your login details confidential.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on KK77 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support deposits and withdrawals through Philippine online banking transfers and local e-wallets. Specific supported channels are listed on the Deposit page.

The following payment types are not accepted on KK77:

• Credit cards or debit cards of any issuer
• Cryptocurrency or any digital asset tokens
• Third-party payment processors not listed on our Deposit page
• Cash deposits via remittance or courier services

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel. KK77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or network outages outside our control.

Withdrawals require that your account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. KK77 may request additional documents to confirm the source of funds or verify identity as part of standard compliance procedures. We reserve the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that appear inconsistent with your deposit and gaming history.

Funds deposited into your KK77 account must be used for gaming activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without meaningful gameplay may be flagged as irregular activity and may result in account review.

04 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on KK77 — whether on sports, live casino, slots, eBingo, or any other game category — are subject to the specific rules of that game or market. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General betting rules that apply across all game types:

• A bet is binding once it has been confirmed by the system and a bet ID has been generated.
• KK77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• Bets placed after an event has started — where the system failed to correctly identify this — may be voided at KK77's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game type and market. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Attempts to exploit errors in odds, game logic, or promotional systems constitute a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

For sports betting specifically, KK77 covers markets on Basketball (PBA and NBA), Boxing, Volleyball, Esports, Football, and other international competitions. Market availability and settlement rules for each sport are governed by the rules published within the Sports section.

For eBingo, game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generation system. Each session's results are final once the draw is complete. Disputes regarding bingo session outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the session ending.

05 Promotions and Bonuses

KK77 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

General principles that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent outside of the platform.

• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through duplicate accounts or coordinated play — will result in the voiding of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

06 Responsible Gaming

07 Account Suspension and Closure

KK77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity has occurred on the account.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age or is not located in the Philippines.
• The account has been used by or shared with a third party.
• Irregular betting patterns or use of prohibited software has been detected.
• Compliance or regulatory requirements necessitate account review or closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held and not made available until the review is complete. If the account is closed as a result of rule violations, KK77 may forfeit some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the breach.

08 Limitation of Liability

KK77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain a stable and accessible service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party banking or payment providers.
• Loss of internet connectivity on the player's side.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or network outages beyond our control.

KK77 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from a player's decision to place bets or play games on the platform. All gaming activity is undertaken voluntarily and at the player's own risk. Results in games of chance are determined by certified systems and are not influenced by any party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KK77's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.
